I totally love Dr. Balota and her hardworking team. Such a calm environment and friendly staff (Hi Aubrey). One of her assistants (Carla Paula) is so lovable and professional in her work to the point that I honestly look forward to go to my appointment to see her although it's so rare to find someone who loves going to the dentist, but for me I'm Carla's number 1 fan and always will be. They were very nice and accommodating.
I needed an appointment on short notice and they made it happen.
The Doctor was extremely attentive and explained everything to me in detail.
We figured out a care plan and how she would handle it.
The cleaning with Lori was amazing!!!!
